Welcome
These posts are fragments of my personal journey: real-life experiences, lessons learned, and challenges faced as I answered what I believed to be God’s calling. My path has been transformative—impacting not only myself but also those around me, both positively and negatively. At times, I’ve challenged the status quo, often upsetting those entrenched in a rigid, legalistic view of faith. Sadly, such individuals—those who view God through a narrow lens—frequently cause the most harm.
We can do better
To those who are not believers, or who grew up in religious homes but now reject religion entirely, I want to extend my deepest apologies. I regret the actions of many who call themselves Christians but fail to embody the love and teachings of Jesus Christ. Over the centuries, Christianity has too often been misrepresented by prideful individuals who are blind to their own flaws.
Many “Christians” claim salvation yet bear no fruit in their actions. Jesus said, “Narrow is the path to salvation, and wide is the road to destruction.” A Christian walking the narrow path should radiate humility, love, and selflessness—evident in their deeds, not just their words.
Instead, what we often hear is self-centered rhetoric about destruction and salvation, culminating in the “rapture,” where they expect to be taken to safety while the rest of the world burns. This theology of fear, selfish ambition, and gloating is anything but Christlike.
Perfect love, as Christ demonstrated, casts out fear. It lays down its life for others. It does not boast, dishonor others, or seek personal gain. It keeps no record of wrongs. The lack of this love among many Christians is the very hypocrisy that has driven so many away. For this, I am deeply ashamed and heartbroken.
Transformation
My posts are about my desire to become better—not by my standards, but by Christ’s. This journey began with humility and a commitment to obey His voice, not the voices of man or the church, but the living voice of God Himself.
I believe the Christian church has been hijacked, reshaped into something more harmful than helpful to the world. I grew weary of being a pew-warmer in a self-serving church. So, a friend and I decided to take a bold step: we asked God to baptize us in fire and remold us into who He meant us to be.
What followed was a series of profound experiences, beginning in 2001, leading up to a life-altering transformation in 2012. These posts chronicle that journey, sharing moments where God’s presence was undeniable and His lessons life-changing.
Join Those Brave Enough to Change
If you long for transformation—if you desire to be part of something deeper, something real—then this space is for you. Together, we can build a community of people unafraid to change, unafraid to hear what the Spirit is saying.
As Jesus said, “Whoever has ears, let them hear what the Spirit says to the churches.”
